Sucession Plan
We decided that we want the company to move forward in a way that maintains the knowledge and experience that we have built up and continues our reputation within the industry. We knew that this would require a comprehensive and long-term succession plan, something that we started to put into place five years ago. As the succession planning and training package developed, we went on the hunt for the right candidates. -
